Privacy policy and collection notice

Oscar Spary ("we") runs an AI phone line that answers calls for trade businesses and property management agencies ("our clients"). This page explains what we collect on those calls, on our demo line and on this website, and what happens to it.

What we collect

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you open it.

Why we collect it

To pass your job or maintenance request to the business you called, to alert their on-call person when it's urgent, to text you a receipt, and to give the business summaries and reports. We don't sell your information.

Our demo line

If you ring our demo line (0485 027 156), the details you give go to Oscar Spary, so that Oscar can show you how the service works and contact you about it if you run a business. If you agree to get demo texts, we text you examples and one follow-up message; reply STOP and we won't text you again. Demo call details are deleted after 7 days.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

By default we keep call details in our system for 30 days, after which names, numbers, addresses and descriptions are deleted and only counts (such as the number of urgent calls) are kept for reports. Retell keeps call recordings and transcripts for 7 days. A business may agree a shorter period with us. Copies sent to the business by email or text are kept by that business.
